Topping Out x 2

BPI Real Estate Poland, ACTEEUM Group the projects’ general contractor, CFE Polska, have held the topping out ceremony at the wolaRE development. Completion of the topmost element of the building was also celebrated on the Rezydencja Barska project. The festivities took place merely 10 months after the first shovel broke ground at each site.

 

The construction works on both Warsaw projects are on schedule and completion is expected in 2020. Representatives of BPI Real Estate Poland and ACTEEUM Group, which are developing the wolaRE complex, and CFE, the general contractor, commemorated the milestone that is completion of all storeys in the building. It is yet another project made into reality in Poland thanks to cooperation of these companies The construction began in late 2018. The general contractor of the development, CFE, started and continued the project perfectly on schedule. Currently finishing and installation works are being carried out on both sites.

 

WolaRE is a modern, 6-storey building at ul. Ostroroga 21 in Warsaw. It will house 231 residential units with desirable layouts and sizes between 28 and 83 square meters. Each unit will come with a balcony or a loggia. The development’s design fits well into the buildings in the area and it is the third project of BPI Real Estate in the Wola quarter. Previously, the buildings of Wola Tarasy and Wola Libre were built in close proximity.

 

Rezydencja Barska is being constructed in Warsaw’s Ochota quarter at ul. Białobrzeska 53. This quiet building consists of 57 brilliantly designed apartments of varying sizes. On the last floor, there is a 150 sqm luxury apartment, which shares the floor with only four others, which is an additional advantage of 7th floor. Construction of both developments, wolaRE and Rezydencja Barska, began in December 2018 and completion is expected in 2020. The general contractor on these projects is CFE Polska. The wolaRE complex is being developed by BPI Real Estate in cooperation with ACTEEUM Group.
