GreenWings
The building was designed as a two-winged office building classified as the A Class. The internal elements of the building were designed in architectural concrete, including structural walls in the lift lobbies, walls and pillars of the entrance hall, the foyer and the canteen and ceilings above the foyer and the canteen. The outer wall at the main entrance of the building is made of architectural concrete, while the facade is made of aluminium and glass and was designed in the "double skin" system. The used technology allows the individual control and monitoring of electricity consumption, heating, cooling and water, as well as the biologically active "green walls" in the communal areas. The GreenWings office building received a rating of "Very Good" in the current BREEAM report.
