The construction of the building is typical for a low-rise building and Its distinguishing feature is the use of glass, an innovative material in the 1990s . The outer facade of the building is made of a high quality Brazilian granite. During the construction of the building there was highly selective silvery glass with a high reflectivity was used. In some parts of the facade tempered glass with a metallic coating was used. The building received the second prize in the PZITB competition "Construction of the Year 1998" in the Office Buildings category.
