The scope of works included the infrastructure such as underground and ground parking lots, green areas, roads and the supply area. The construction of the building is made of steel, it has has glass facades and interior joinery with glass. The building was built in a record time of 3.5 months on the plot where Przymorze Gallery was built. The shopping center was a project funded by the CFE Poland in the year before the Decathlon center.
