Epsilon Promenady Wrocławskie is an office building with parking lots and external infrastructure. The new development creates a "new district" with service, commercial and recreational facilities of the total area approx. 200 000 square meters. The building is characterized by a modern block. The shape of the office building seen from the triangular shape of the investment area and is a combination of two wings with the height of approximately 21 meters.
