The project consists in construction of a residential bulding which includes commercial space and an underground garage as well as the connected infrastructure at ul. Ostroroga. The development is planned to comprise 231 apartments on seven storeys. It offers 237 parking spaces divided between two underground levels and additional 35 parking spaces for bicycles in standalone cubicles. The ground floor will house both residential and commercial units. WolaRE is the third project constructed for BPI Real Estate in the Wola district, after Wola Tarasy and Wola Libre.
