INDUSTRIAL SAFETY
Classified Information Protection Division
At CFE Polska, we have full operational capability to process classified information at the “RESTRICTED” level, in accordance with the Act of 5 August 2010 on the Protection of Classified Information.
To ensure compliance with national security regulations and the highest standards of information protection, our organization has implemented the following structures and systems:

The CFE Management Board has appointed a Head of Organizational Unit responsible for overseeing the protection of classified information.

We have established a dedicated Classified Information Protection Division, led by an officially appointed Security Clearance Officer for Classified Information.

Our organization operates an Accredited ICT System designed for the secure processing of RESTRICTED classified information.
The system is managed by a System Administrator and an ICT Security Inspector, both of whom have completed specialized training provided by the Internal Security Agency (ABW). -
We maintain a qualified team of personnel authorized to execute classified contracts, ensuring secure and compliant project delivery.
This structure guarantees that CFE Polska meets all legal and technical requirements for handling classified information, enabling us to safely participate in sensitive public and defense-sector projects.
“We are fully prepared to deliver construction and infrastructure projects supporting national security and defense. In the near future, CFE Polska plans to obtain a Level I Industrial Security Clearance Certificate, which will officially confirm the company’s full capability to process classified information up to the “TOP SECRET” level. Obtaining this certification will further strengthen our position as a trusted contractor for defense, security, and strategic government infrastructure projects, ensuring full compliance with national regulations governing the protection of classified information.”
