Your Responsibilities

The successful candidate will actively participate in the execution of an investment/construction project. Responsibilities will include coordinating construction works with subcontractors, preparing work schedules and ensuring timely completion, as well as supervising and accepting completed works. The role also involves overseeing technical documentation (design documentation, plans, certificates, etc.), coordinating documentation required for project handover, and ensuring compliance with quality control and occupational health & safety standards.

Our Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the execution of construction projects

• Good command of English enabling fluent communication – minimum B2 level

• Ability to work in a team and under time pressure

• Strong organizational skills
