Site Manager

Your Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction works carried out on projects executed by the company. Responsibilities will include managing construction works in accordance with applicable construction regulations, technical documentation, contract requirements, and the Quality, Health & Safety, and Sustainability Policy implemented at CFE Polska. The role also involves evaluating construction methods and ensuring the proper use of execution resources; maintaining construction documentation in compliance with applicable regulations; supervising on-site workforce teams; ensuring timely completion of construction works; cooperating with designers, technical supervisors, and subcontractors; and delivering the investment project within the scheduled deadline.

Our Requirements

  • University degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Site Manager position
  • Unlimited construction license in the structural and civil engineering specialty
  • Good command of English enabling fluent communication
  • Very good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project
  • Experience in negotiations with subcontractors and a problem-solving approach
  • Practical knowledge of construction law
  • Ability to manage and supervise teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
