Military and Public Sector Project Tendering Specialist
Your Responsibilities
- Analyzing tender documentation and the requirements of public-sector and military investors.
- Preparing and coordinating the development of bids for construction projects in the public and defense sectors.
- Verifying eligibility criteria and analyzing formal, technical, and contractual risks.
- Obtaining quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and negotiating commercial terms.
- Preparing cost estimates, project schedules, and investment budgets.
- Drafting inquiries, clarifications, and responses throughout the tendering process.
- Monitoring the public procurement market and investment projects related to military infrastructure and public-use facilities.
- Cooperating with project execution teams to prepare comprehensive bid proposals.
- Participating in meetings with investors, business partners, and public institutions.
- Ensuring the timely submission of bids in full compliance with all requirements.
Our Requirements
- Higher technical education, preferably in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal preparation.
- Knowledge of the Public Procurement Law and tender procedures applicable in the public sector.
- Experience in preparing bids for military, defense, or infrastructure projects will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to analyze technical and design documentation, as well as contractual terms and conditions.
- Experience in preparing cost estimates and investment budgets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under time pressure.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to negotiate and build relationships with business partners.
- Independence, accountability, and commitment to delivering assigned tasks.
- English proficiency sufficient to analyze technical documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
