Your Responsibilities

Participation in the execution of construction projects in both commercial and industrial building sectors, in particular:

• ongoing cooperation with the site management team regarding executed tasks;
• coordination of construction documentation workflow;
• supporting site engineers in preparing quantity take-offs, material lists, and cost estimates;
• sending requests for quotations to subcontractors, as well as initial offer analysis and valuation of works;
• monitoring compliance with health and safety (H&S) regulations by subcontractors;
• preparing as-built and acceptance documentation.

Requirements

• student (at least 3rd year) of Civil Engineering / Construction studies;
• good knowledge of AutoCAD;
• ability to work in a team;
• availability: to be agreed individually depending on the candidate’s schedule;
• commitment and proactive attitude;
• positive energy :)
