Your Responsibilities

This person's responsibilities will include, among others, independent and comprehensive preparation of tender offers for construction investments, analysis of tender and design documentation, preparation of bills of quantities, preparation and sending requests for quotations to suppliers and subcontractors of construction works, and price negotiations.

Our Requirements

• higher technical education (construction)
• at least 3 years of experience in the calculation and valuation of works and in creating budgets for construction investments or in the implementation of construction works on site
• very good knowledge of English allowing for free communication
• good knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD
• meticulousness and accuracy as well as the ability to work under time pressure
• high communication and interpersonal skills
