Your Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely execution of construction projects in accordance with construction standards and best practices, as well as supporting the Site Manager throughout the entire investment process. Responsibilities will include supervising the execution, quality, and timely completion of assigned construction works; preparing technical construction documentation in compliance with legal requirements and the Integrated Management System; analyzing technical documentation; preparing offers and budgets related to supervised construction works; coordinating and evaluating subcontractors’ performance; conducting design and technical arrangements with subcontractors; as well as ordering and monitoring deliveries and the condition of materials on site.

Our Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the execution of construction projects
• Construction license authorizing the management of construction works without limitations in the structural and civil engineering specialty
• Good command of English enabling fluent communication
• Ability to work in a team and under time pressure
• Strong organizational skills
• Availability and flexibility
