🔵 energy efficiency – green roofs, photovoltaic panels, rainwater retention and irrigation systems, and energy performance 15% above standard.
🔵 resource management – 85% of construction waste was recycled or reused.
🔵 greenery & biodiversity – over 70% of the area is dedicated to greenery, including a private forest adjacent to the Tricity Landscape Park.
🔵 resident comfort – #wooden windows with enhanced acoustic insulation, private gardens, terraces, bike storage, a gym, a playground, and smart-home solutions.

Bernadovo consists of 18 intimate buildings and 108 apartments – a project that proves sustainable construction can go hand in hand with top quality and modern comfort.
