The main project structure consists of a single-story office building and a single-story service station building with warehouses. The service station is directly connected to the technical warehouse, compressor room, and oil storage facility. The project is environmentally friendly thanks to enhanced thermal insulation andthe use of rainwater for washing machinery from a partially infiltration retention reservoir. The warehouse and office areas are illuminated by natural light. Thanks to excellent construction organization, the facility was completed in a short time – in just five months.​
