The project involves the expansion of a frozen goodsdistribution warehouse attached to an existing multi-baysteel structure building, supporting facilities in a dedicatedarea, and the expansion of the staff facilities, including anenlarged cloakroom and the construction of a shelter. Theinvestment constitutes an extension of the existing facility –a food distribution center. The building represents a typicalindustrial development, with a single-story warehouse constructed using lightweight cladding and a steel frame,sandwich panel freezer walls, and a roof with attics coveredwith mineral wool and a PVC membrane. A steel sheltermeasuring 30 x 5 m and 6 m high was designed on thewestern side.​
