The project to build a gardening machinery and equipment factory in Mielec involved the construction of reinforced concrete and steel structures, cladding, roofing, and flooring for an industrial hall andan office and technical facility. The Husqvarna factory, in its closed shell stage, was completed in a very short time, just four months. The project was implemented using the EPCM (Engineering-Procurement-Construction Management) system.​
