The project involves the construction of a commercial and retail facility referred to as Karuzela Ełk. The front part of this one-storey building is covered with glass display window with canopy with a 2.5 m outreach. Entrances to premises have been designed on the ground level, so architectural barriers for the disabled have been eliminated. The entire building has been designed as a facility ensuring fit-outs custom-made by tenants. The project provides for 1,200 parking spaces and over 30 retail units. An intelligent system for managing the supply of construction materials was piloted on the site. At the time of opening, Karuzela Ełk was the largest shopping centre in the Mazury region.
