The Kolska od Nowa project is a residential estate located in Warsaw’s Wola district, featuring five above-ground storeys and one underground level. The investment is being carried out in four stages. Across all construction stages, a total of 569 apartments have been made available for use. Kolska od Nowa is a quiet, gated estate with monitoring, equipped with a recreational park with a fountain — playgrounds, walking paths, and jogging trails. The architectural solutions combined with the surrounding greenery give the place a unique character.
