Lumea 3 is a residential development carried out by CFE Polska as the main contractor under a ‘design and build’ contract for Bouygues Immobilier Polska. The building, comprising 79 flats, was built in Warsaw’s Bemowo district, in the immediate vicinity of the new Chrzanów metro station and a primary school, providing residents with convenient access to public transport and educational facilities. The project stands out for its use of the Appartme smart home system, which enhances residents’ comfort and supports efficient energy management. The development also features environmentally friendly infrastructure, including an electric car charging station, cycle parking facilities and solutions that support biodiversity.
