The project involved the construction of a multi-family residential building located in Kraków’s Stare Podgórze – a district which was experiencing an investment boom at the time. The building has a basement and an underground car park. The design provides for 64 flats, which can be subdivided. The construction period is scheduled to last 14 months. An interesting feature of the development is the standard of finish, which includes fitting out the bathrooms and kitchens with both tiles and white goods. In addition, the kitchens will be fully fitted as part of the standard specification.
