The project involved the construction of a Nidec Motors and Actuators factory in Niepołomice, producing motors for sunroofs and car seats. The project included the construction of a production hall and a two-story office building, along with infrastructure, roads, and parking lots. A distinctive element of the development is a reinforced concrete stormwater retention tank, set on a monolithic slab 5 meters below ground level. The stormwater retention tank constructed as part of the project was an innovative and relatively economical solution. During rainfall, some water is retained in it, while the remainder is pumped into a drainage ditch at a rate of 55liters per second.​
