The project involves the construction of a new factory producing battery systems for the automotive industry, amongst others. The project involved the construction of: a production hall, two dispatch halls, two high-bay warehouses 20 metres high, a two-storey office building with an area of approximately 5,000 m², a technical building and a fire-fighting pump station. External works were also carried out, such as: utility networks, drainage, reservoirs and the road layout. The facility was designed to allow for the installation of large-scale photovoltaic panels. Several rain gardens were created on the site, which collect all rainwater within the Investor’s premises. The factory is located in the Port of Gdańsk, near the A1 motorway and the S7 expressway.
