Orange Office Park is a complex of office buildings situated in the revitalized business district of Zabłocie. The complex has been designed and developed in accordance with the A-class office standard and the concept of sustainable construction. The feature that distinguishes Orange Office Park from other office complexes is the exceptionally large office space on a single level. The development is characterized by optimized project costs: an interesting solution is a fully air-conditioned approx. 800 sq m atrium with a canopy. Thanks to the application of cost-optimization solutions, it was possible to save PLN 6,000,000.
