The project involved the construction of a SICPA-Polska printing inkbottling plant. It included a production facility with a warehouse and production area, and a two-story office building. Additionally, the site includes technical infrastructure facilities and parking lots offering 39 above-ground parking spaces. The facility will be equipped with safety features that ensure complete elimination of negative environmental impacts both during operation and in the event of a breakdown or fire. These include a high-pressure ESFR (Electro-Fluid Recirculation) sprinkler system, a hydrant system, a network of explosion sensors, air and soil quality monitoring, and firewater retention.​
