Silwana is a project of the largest retail park in the region, on total area of over 25,000 sq m. there will be over 30 commercial premises. The project includes numerous green solutions, such as: photovoltaic panels that will ensure energy consumption for the annual demand of common areas; gray water system for the public toilet block - water recovery from washbasins; charging stations for bicycles and electric scooters. Silwana will also provide eight hundred parking spaces with infrastructure for charging electric cars. The park will be certified to the Bream Excellent - it is the first construction of this type in Poland with such a high rating.
