Theme Park Gliwice is one of the most complex and prestigious entertainment developments currently underway in Poland. The project is located in Gliwice, in the immediate vicinity of the Europa Centralna shopping complex, and forms part of a modern concept combining retail, leisure, and entertainment functions.

As the General Contractor, we are responsible for the comprehensive delivery of the project under a design and build formula. Our scope includes design coordination, construction works, and the integration of technologically advanced elements of the theme park infrastructure. The investment is being developed for Momentum Global Ventures and involves the construction of a large-scale entertainment facility with a total area of approximately 67,000 m², comprising both indoor and outdoor zones.

The project is distinguished by a high level of technical complexity. As part of the works, the following elements are being delivered, among others:

• load-bearing structures for advanced amusement rides,
• infrastructure components for roller coasters,
• themed halls and spaces with varied technological requirements,
• extensive building services and internal circulation infrastructure.

Some of the attractions, including roller coasters, are being implemented in cooperation with specialized international amusement technology suppliers. This requires precise coordination of schedules, interfaces, and multi-disciplinary construction works.

The project is currently under construction, with completion planned for 2027.
