The project involved the construction of the entire Valeo windshield wiper factory building in Skawina. The project included the construction of roads, parking lots, and landscaping, as well as the installation of utilities and their connections. The innovative "Portiko" lighting solution was used for lighting and cabling for desks in the open-plan space. The facility is classified as an intelligent building controlled by a BMS. The factory was built next to the Valeo Engine Cooler Factory. The completed project received a third-degree award in the PZITB Construction of the Year 2003 competition in the Industrial Buildings category for its short construction time and the use of environmentally friendly materials in production.​
