Renault Trucks Polska – New Service Facility and Headquarters
Comprehensive construction of a service facility together with technical infrastructure and site development
In the town of Tłuste near Warsaw, strategically located in close proximity to the A2 motorway, CFE Polska, acting as the General Contractor, is delivering the new headquarters and an innovative service center for Renault Trucks Polska. The project has been designed in line with the latest Volvo Group standards and with a focus on providing the highest quality of service to fleet clients, transport operators and professional drivers.
The key component of the investment is a two-storey service station building with an internal area of 2,967.54 m² and a height of 9.23 m. The facility has been designed to efficiently integrate workshop operations, technical diagnostics, spare parts storage and sales areas. The service center is equipped with modern workstations for both combustion-engine and electric vehicles, significantly reducing vehicle downtime and improving user comfort.
The development also includes several auxiliary buildings and functional installations:
-
Waste and spare parts storage canopy – 194.82 m², height 4.20 m (1 storey)
-
Marketing materials canopy – 43.06 m²
-
Traction battery storage – 7.32 m²
-
Gatehouse – 18.85 m²
-
Transformer station building with backup generator – 36.30 m²
This configuration ensures comprehensive operational support – from customer reception and service handling, through component and electric battery storage, to efficient utilities management and internal logistics.
The project covers a full scope of construction and installation works, including coordination of all trades – from foundations and structural works to external infrastructure elements. The facility is being developed in accordance with sustainable construction principles and environmental standards. It incorporates energy-efficient lighting and heating systems, while the service infrastructure is prepared for electric vehicle maintenance, including dedicated service bays and charging facilities. As a result, the investment aligns with CO₂ reduction strategies and supports the transformation of the transport industry.
The project will strengthen the Renault Trucks / Volvo service network in Poland and enhance the availability of modern technical services for clients across the region.
