BIG Gorzów is a project for the region’s largest retail park, which will house over 30 retail units across a total area of more than 25,000 square metres. The project incorporates numerous green solutions, such as: photovoltaic panels to meet the annual energy requirements of the communal areas; a greywater system for the public toilet block – recycling water from washbasins; and charging stations for electric bikes and scooters.

Interesting fact: This modern shopping centre has been awarded BREEAM Excellent certification in the Retail Parks category – it is the first development of its kind in Poland to achieve such a high rating.
