About the project
The expansion project of the shopping center, originally built in 2005, aimed to increase the usable area of the facility, making it the largest shopping center in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The existing part of the building was connected to the new section by a distincti verotunda — a steel-structured circular hall with a diameter of 27.8 meters, serving as the new main entrance to the entire facility. Thanks to the expansion by an additional17,000 m², the total leasable area increased to approximately 48,000 m², adding over 60 new boutiques, shops, service points, restaurants, and cafes.
