The expansion project of the shopping center, originally built in 2005, aimed to increase the usable area of the facility, making it the largest shopping center in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The existing part of the building was connected to the new section by a distincti verotunda — a steel-structured circular hall with a diameter of 27.8 meters, serving as the new main entrance to the entire facility. Thanks to the expansion by an additional17,000 m², the total leasable area increased to approximately 48,000 m², adding over 60 new boutiques,shops, service points, restaurants, and cafes.​
