The project involved the construction of a hypermarket and shopping center in Warsaw. It was a single-story building with a two-story office and staff area. A distinctive feature of the building is its green roof with planted vegetation. The total area of the building, including underground parking, infrastructure, roads, and outdoor parking lots, was 35,000 square meters, while the area of outdoor parking lots and roads alone was 21,000 square meters. The scope of work included turnkey construction.​
