The expansion included expanding the underground parking garage, the hypermarket's sales floor, and warehouse space, constructing new office spaces and additional staff facilities, rearranging the production facilities and reorganizing the entire goods delivery area, and re-leasing the existing offices. The work was performed while the facility was in operation – both customer access and goods delivery were uninterrupted. Due to the building's location and the varying ground levels, part of the building was located on the ground, while the other part was located above the underground parking garage (the work included strengthening the subgrade for the building's structure).​
