The Karuzela project is a retail park consisting of two independent buildings. A total of 15 stores will be built, including Carrefour, Jula (the largest store in the facility with an area of 2,400 m²) and others. The total lease area is approximately 11,600 m². As part of the investment, a new roundabout with an exit ramp and a surface car park for 350 parking spaces are being built.
