The main objective of the development was to modernize and rebuild the structure. The interior of the Le Regina hotel was upgraded, retaining the classical architectural elements. The works related to the development often required close cooperation with the heritage conservation officer. The high quality of building works, and the short deadline of the renovation and conversion of Pałac Przeździeckich into the La Regina Hotel in Warsaw were acknowledged by a distinction awarded in the PZITB’s 2004 Building of the Year competition.
