The project concerns the construction of a greenfield production plant in the area of Gdańsk, for an existing Swedish company from rail industry. The factory with state of the art technology has an usable surface of 13 500 m² of the production hall and ca. 2.500 m² of highly modern offices. The main structure of the hall is made of steel structure of the roof (trusses in both directions), based on concrete columns with concrete foundations. Completion of the works is expected to be within 12-14 months since the beginning.
