The project involved the extension of the Morski Park Handlowy retail and services complex in Gdańsk (Building C, Phases 4, 5 and 6 of the existing shopping centre). The primary load-bearing structure of Building C consists of reinforced concrete columns and steel girders. The retail areas total approximately 1,500 square metres. Each retail unit is directly accessible to customers from the outside. The architectural solutions adopted allow for the relocation of partition walls between subtenants. Each shop has its own toilet and washroom facilities, staff room, cloakrooms and storage rooms. The complex is predominantly single-storey, housing the sales area, whilst phases 2 and 3 feature two-storey sections containing office and technical rooms. The front façades are formed by recessed walls finished with brick cladding.
