Bernadovo is being developed in an exceptional place in Gdynia, on the Bernadowo Hill, in immediate vicinity of the Tricity Landscape Park. The complex will encompass 18 private, two-storey buildings, housing a total of 108 apartments, which range in size from 43 m² to 146 m² and all have spacious gardens, balconies or terraces. The project will also contain underground parking garages coupled with storage units. Residents will have access to a meeting room, fitness room and bike storage as well as bike racks at every building; there will also be bike and pet washing stations.
More than half of the area will be used for strolling alleys, resting spots, playground, educational boards as well as houses and hotels for small animals, birds and insects.
Bernadovo will be a sustainable development; it is designed full of environment-friendly features such as green roofs, photovoltaic panels and a custom system that allows to fully utilise rainwater. The project will aim to receive a BREEAM certificate at level Very Good.
