A mixed-use investment with 857 apartments, office buildings and a relaxation and service zone is being built on the 5.5-hectare area of the former cavalry barracks. In the first stage of the investment, CFE will build 4 residential buildings with 269 apartments with areas ranging from 25 to 137 m2 and heights from 2.70 to 3 m, with private gardens, terraces and balconies. 35% of the investment area is green areas. There will be bicycle rooms and greenhouses, heat pumps and heat recovery, as well as photovoltaic panels. During the construction and finishing of the buildings, certified materials with a positive impact on the environment will be used, e.g. wooden windows, cut clinker tiles.
