Czysta 4 concerns the construction of a modern residential building located in the center of Wrocław. The project provides 183 apartments in a building of various heights (5 and 7 floors) and numerous amenities for residents, e.g. a co-working zone, a bicycle room with a bicycle workshop and a green roof for recreation. A photovoltaic installation will be built on the roof. It is worth mentioning that part of the stone façade and the fountain were recovered from the previous building for reuse in the new investment.
