The Karuzela project is a retail park consisting of two independent buildings. A total of 15 stores will be built, including Carrefour, Jula (the largest store in the facility with an area of 2,400 m2) and others. The total lease area is approximately 11,600 m2. As part of the investment, a new roundabout with an exit ramp and a surface car park for 350 parking spaces are being built.
