The project involved the construction of a plant of Nidec Motors and Actuators in Niepołomice, producing drives for sunroofs and car seats. The project consisted in the construction of a production building and a two-storey office building together with utilities, roads and car parks. A characteristic element of the development is the reinforced concrete stormwater attenuation tank, founded on a monolithic slab at a depth of 5 m below ground level. The stormwater attenuation tank completed as part of the project was an innovative and relatively economical solution. During rainfall, part of the water is stored there, whereas the rest is pumped out to the drainage ditch at the speed of 55 l/s.
