The project involves the construction of a logistics centre in Lędziny. Stage I, which is the subject matter of the contract, includes, among others, warehouse building “2”, office and welfare space, car parks, and access roads. External systems have been designed, so that the building can operate independently after all the expected works have been completed. The building will be used for office, technical and warehouse spaces. The office parts will be developed in the future with office and welfare facilities, as needed by building users. The project will seek to obtain Very Good BREEAM certification.
