The subject matter of the project was the construction of a bottling plant for SICPA-Polska printing inks. It consisted of a production part with a warehouse and a production zone, and a two-storey office part. In addition, there are technical infrastructure facilities and car parks on the plot, offering users 39 overground parking spaces. The completed facility has equipment ensuring safety and complete elimination of negative impact on the environment, both during its operation as well as in the case of failure or fire. The equipment includes an ESFR high-pressure sprinkler system, a hydrant system, a network of explosimeters, air and soil cleanliness monitoring, and post-fire water retention.
