The Batory Office Building is a ship-shaped building, entirely intended for office and retail spaces. The building has six overground storeys and one underground storey. The external façade of the building is clad in Chinese granite; the panels under and over the windows are precast units. The development is an office complex built to A-class standards. High-quality materials were used in finishing works, including granite from China, sandstone from Vietnam, marble from Spain and Greece, stainless steel, double-glazed windows, and exotic wood. The building is distinguished by an unusually interesting architecture: the inspiration for the project was the Polish luxury liner “Stefan Batory”.
