The NEOWO investment in Warsaw's Bemowo district includes 164 one- to five-room apartments, an underground garage with 182 parking places, a recreational terrace on the roof of the building and an internal green patio.
For the duration of construction works and in the finished complex, numerous sustainable solutions have been envisaged:
- the use of low-emission concrete
- certified green electricity for the construction purposes
- weather station with air quality sensor with access for residents via app
- bicycle repair stations and 160 bicycle places
- green patio with boxes for growing flowers, herbs and vegetables
- 12 parking places with electric vehicles chargers and more to adapt if needed
- solar panels providing green electricity to some common areas.
The project will strive to obtain BREEAM certification at the Very Good level.
Along with the first stage of NEOWO, CFE will build a public square leading to the entrance to the future Chrzanów metro station, which will be enriched with garden equipment made of windmill propellers of wind farms that have been decommissioned.
