The project involved the construction of a scrap yard at the ArcelorMittal steelworks. The scope of works included the construction of a scrap yard (2 km long railway track, reinforced concrete boxes, gas station, new road layout, electrical network) and the reconstruction of existing buildings, existing road layout and stormwater drainage, construction of new cable chambers and cables.
