The project involves the construction of a warehouse, industrial and retail building with office and welfare facilities, utilities and traffic circulation system in Brzegi. Apart from the main building, the development site will also feature, among others, a gatehouse and a pumping station building, a water tank for external fire fighting activities, and a storm water basin. A shed for bikes and two electric car charging stations have been designed near the gatehouse. The structure has been designed to meet the requirements for obtaining VERY GOOD BREEAM certification for the building.
